Five audits, written separately, arrived at the same problem. This is what we would do about it, in the order the evidence says it has to happen.

The Diagnosis
Your position, in your own numbers
To date you have spent $5,623.18 on advertising across both accounts, Meta since December 2025 and Google since May 2026, and taken $1,788.30 in revenue over nineteen paying orders. Your average order is $94.12. Spread every advertising dollar across every order you have ever taken, and each one cost about $296 to win.
We audited the store, both ad accounts, your analytics, your search position and how AI assistants describe you. Each document was written separately. They arrived at the same place.

The finding
These are not separate problems. They are one problem appearing in four places: nothing independent answers the question your buyer actually asks, and the page that receives your traffic is not built to convert them when they arrive.
Advertising is currently carrying all of it. That is why it looks like the advertising is the problem. This proposal is about the order in which that gets undone.

The Situation
Working, not working, and sitting unused
What works for you
A product people keep. Nineteen paying orders and no refund problem. Whatever else is true, the thing itself is not the issue.
Pages that hold strangers. Your About page holds the average visitor 1m 55s and your blog 7m 44s. That is real attention, and it is on the pages that are not selling anything.
Reach is not your constraint. Cost per click is low across the account, the pixel is live and firing, and the account and business are correctly yours.
What works against you
The arithmetic does not close. At $59.99 a unit, a cost per sale near today's has no version that works, whoever runs the account.
The page that receives the traffic is not ready. Sixty-nine percent of your visitors are on a phone, where the price and buy button sit 1.57 screens down. Mobile converts at 2.5 percent against desktop's 8.0.
You are absent from the question. Nothing on your site ranks for what a guitarist with rusting strings actually types, and nothing exists off your site for an assistant to quote.
What is sitting unused
Eighteen buyer questions you have already answered. They exist in prose across two pages, in a form nothing can lift or attribute.
A lab report and a corrosion scientist's quote. Your two strongest pieces of proof, both absent from the flagship product page that actually takes the traffic.
Traffic you have already paid for, arriving at a dead end. 109 sessions hit an error on old Portuguese paths. Another 102, in ninety days, land on a case with no route back to anything.
The opportunity
You are not missing the assets. You are missing their placement. Most of what search and AI need from you is already written, sitting on the wrong pages, in the wrong form.

The Solution
Five layers, each one earning the next
Five layers. Each exists so the one after it can be judged honestly. Built out of order, none of them can be.
Layer
What it is for
A measurement baseLayer 01
So every decision after it is a fact rather than a guess. Today your analytics records $1,353.38 of the $1,788.30 you actually took, and your ad platform has been optimising on the gap this whole time. Until the numbers are trustworthy, nobody can tell you whether the four layers below it worked.
A store that backs its priceLayer 02
So the traffic you already pay for lands somewhere worth landing. This is the base layer and the largest single piece of work in the engagement: the store rebuilt, not patched. Structure, layout, hierarchy and every template that carries traffic. A premium price needs a store that behaves like one, and the current one cannot be edited into that.
A brand that holds togetherLayer 03
So every page, ad and post is recognisably the same company. Positioning decided rather than assumed, one design language applied consistently instead of nine layout grids, and a story told the same way everywhere. This is what the audits found missing across all forty-four ad creatives.
An answer that exists on its ownLayer 04
So there is something for search to rank, something for an assistant to cite, and something to say on social that is not another discount. One body of work serving all three, because they want the same thing: an honest answer to the question, structured so a machine can lift it and attribute it to you.
One channel, run properlyLayer 05
So money spent produces a readable answer. One objective, creative built as advertising and tracked against itself, budget concentrated rather than spread across five definitions of success, and pointed at a page that is finally ready to receive it.
What your own involvement becomes
Confirming the scope and a start date, which is section 06 and takes five minutes.
Approving work on an unpublished copy of your theme, and clicking publish yourself when you are happy.
A monthly working session on what the numbers now say, once they can be trusted to say anything.

The Timeline
The sequence is the substance of this proposal
The intuitive move is to fix the advertising first, because that is where the money is going. Every one of the five audits arrived independently at the opposite conclusion.
Why spend comes last
Done in this order, the cost per order has somewhere to fall to. Done first, advertising produces another $5,000 of ambiguity.
Every layer moves every month. What changes is the weight. Month one is the foundation the other four are built on, which is why it carries the decisions rather than the output.
Foundation
Month one
Measurement. Wired, revenue reconciled, dead paths closed.
Store. Rebuilt from the ground up on an unpublished theme.
Brand. Positioning and design language decided.
Content, search and AI. Existing answers restructured, first new pieces.
Advertising. Creative and campaigns built. Spend held.
To market
Month two
Measurement. First month that reads true.
Store. Published, and the old store retired.
Brand. Applied across every page.
Content, search and AI. Publishing, structured for citation.
Advertising. Launch against a ready page, test running.
Compounding
Month three onward
Measurement. Feeds every decision that follows.
Store. Iterated on what the data shows.
Brand. Held consistently everywhere.
Content, search and AI. Compounding, and the slowest to arrive.
Advertising. Tested against itself, budget concentrated.
The one deliberate hold
Advertising is the only row that waits, and it waits on spend rather than on work. The creative gets built in month one, the campaigns get structured in month one, and the money goes back in once the page it points at can convert and the numbers behind it can be read. That is a matter of weeks, not a pause.
The one thing a budget cannot buy back
Content and AI visibility are the only work here that keeps returning after the spend stops, and they are the only work a larger budget cannot buy back later. That is why they start in week one rather than when the store is finished. Every month they are not started is a month added to the end.
Month one is the only month where most of the work is invisible. It is spent making everything after it measurable, and it is the reason month two can be judged at all. Anyone who promises you a revenue change in the first thirty days is selling you the same ambiguity you already bought.

The Investment
One price, everything in it
Monthly retainer
Your Growth Partners
Everything in section 04, run with you in that order, month after month. Not a menu, because the order is the thing that makes it work.
Measurement. Server side tracking, revenue reconciliation, dead path recovery
Store. A full rebuild on an unpublished copy, mobile first, published by you
Brand. Positioning, one design language, one grid, and the story told the same way everywhere
Content. Written answers to the questions your buyers actually ask, structured for search, AI citation and social
Advertising. Account rebuild, creative built as advertising, one objective, a structured test running at all times
Monthly working session on what the numbers now support
€3,500/mo
Rolling, cancel any time. No setup fee. Full refund if you are not satisfied. Billed monthly in euro.
Included in the retainer
All measurement, store, brand, content and advertising work described in section 04, including the full store rebuild.
Product imagery produced with AI assistance, composed from real frames of your actual product. It is faster and materially cheaper than a studio shoot.
Everything delivered on an unpublished copy of your theme. Your live store changes when you publish it, never before.
Not included
Your advertising spend. It stays on your own card, on your own account.
Shopify subscription, apps, and any third party tooling. Billed direct to you, no markup, accounts in your name.
A physical studio shoot, if you decide the AI-composed imagery is not enough. We would tell you if we thought that, and we would help you brief it.
What we commit to
Every number we give you traces to your own systems, on a stated date, and you can check it.
We never touch your live theme. Not once, not in an emergency.
A full refund if you are not satisfied. If a month of work does not do what we said it would, that month is refunded in full. No argument and no retention call.
What we do not guarantee
A percentage by a date. Anyone who names one is guessing, and the audits are the reason we can say that plainly.
That paid social works for this product. On the $4,821 already spent, nobody can tell you either way, because the account was never arranged to answer the question. Layer 04 exists to find out, not to assume.
How much traffic the content route returns. Nobody can size that honestly from 180 organic sessions and a Search Console property eleven days old. What the evidence supports is a direction, and the direction was consistent across every source we checked.

The Next Steps
The first step takes five minutes
01. Confirm the scope and a start date. If anything in section 04 should move up or drop off, now is when it costs nothing to say so.
02. We take a copy of your theme. Read only until you say otherwise, and your live store is untouched throughout.
03. First working session, in the week we start. We walk the tracking gap together, because that is the only finding in the five documents that gets worse the longer it waits.
The audits told you where you stand. This tells you what the work is and the order it has to happen in. The order is the part that is hard to get right, and it is the part that decides whether the next $5,000 tells you something.
